EmotionsI experience emotions deeply, I feel them starting at my feet and traveling throughout my body hitting the usual target areas; stomach, heart, mind and soul. The emotion may resonate within for long periods of time, gradually becoming more and more intense or it may be compared to a spark, a brief moment or thought that crosses my mind like a carousel, there one moment, gone the next. Always in motion, stuck on one thing and moving to the next and so on and so on. One dilemma replaces another but such as life, we never run out of problems.
